Purpose
Taking the directory of Mountain Living that is published once every three years or so and putting it online as well as enhancing communication among the HOA and residents.

Approach
A friendly feeling site that residents can navigate easily and find information quickly.

Features
Downloadable files from Colorado State Forest Service, Health Dept and other organizations with links to their sites for further information. A bulletin board for residents to post concerns, email for board members and lots and lots of information. Tracking for well problems and wildlife encounters.

Method
Designed site with input from the HOA Board and continue to maintain the site. Future additions to site functionality will include a newsfeed, emergency contact form and photo gallery.
